Admissions Criteria
General Requirements
1. Open Enrollment: Bellwether Christian Academy admits students regardless of race, nationality, gender, or ethnic background, in accordance with its commitment to inclusivity and Christian values.
2. Age Requirements: Students must meet the age criteria for their respective grade levels as outlined in the school’s admission guidelines.
3. Faith Alignment: While families of all faiths are welcome, parents and students should respect the Academy’s Christian ethos, including participation in chapel services and Bible-based instruction.
Academic Criteria
1. Prior Academic Records: Submission of recent report cards, transcripts, or equivalent documents is required to assess the student’s academic history.
2. Placement Assessments: Applicants may be required to undergo placement assessments to determine the most appropriate grade level or to identify specific learning needs.
3. Language Proficiency: As English is the medium of instruction, applicants may be required to demonstrate proficiency in English. Additional language support programs are available if needed.
Special Considerations

2. Sibling Priority: Priority may be given to siblings of current students, subject to the availability of space.
Admissions Process

- Pay the non-refundable application fee.
2. Interview and Assessment:

3. Offer of Admission:
- Families will receive notification of the admission decision within the communicated timeline.
- Upon acceptance, parents must complete the enrollment agreement and pay the required fees to secure the student’s place.

- New families and students are encouraged to attend orientation sessions to familiarize themselves with the school’s community, policies, and values.
Enrollment Capacity
Enrollment decisions are subject to class size limits to maintain the quality of education and personalized attention. Waiting lists may apply for grades that are at full capacity.
